Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a similar role with a proven track record of improving budget management and resource allocation in fast-paced environments • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management, with expertise in creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex budget and capacity models • Background in consulting, program management, or financial/business operations • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams with business objectives • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and aligning business needs with financial goals • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Expertise in change management and driving process improvements • Strong capacity planning and budget management expertise • Ability to analyze processes and propose scalable solutions
