Description

• Develop and execute Brightspeed’s marketing technology product strategy • Oversee the creation and management of a strategic product roadmap • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the innovation of MarTech solutions • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development • Define and track KPIs to measure product success • Evaluate and manage relationships with external MarTech vendors • Develop and manage budgets for MarTech products and initiatives • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MarTech

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications industry • Proven track record of successfully managing MarTech products and projects • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and tools (e.g., CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics platforms) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
