📋 Description
• The Member of Custody, Government Initiatives and Contracts will be a dynamic individual, securing state and federal contracts while ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations. • They will spearhead the full lifecycle of government bids, expertly navigating evolving digital asset regulations across jurisdictions. • Collaborating closely with government agencies and internal teams, they will align business strategy with compliance, ensuring successful post-contract execution and long-term engagement. • A true inspiration, they will unite cross-functional teams, driving government-related initiatives and fostering synergy between Sales, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. • We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Growth & Strategy, Government Initiatives and Contracts role:
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in government contracting, public sector business development, or government relations, with a focus on state and federal contracts. • A proven track record of managing RFI/RFP processes, securing government contracts, and building long term relationships with government entities. • Direct experience in blockchain technology, crypto custody, or digital asset policy. • Experience owning and drafting RFP proposals independently, with strong project management skills to coordinate internal stakeholders. • Established relationships at state and federal levels, with a plus for experience engaging sovereign governments.
