🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 10 years of successful sales leadership experience in the B2B SaaS industry • Extensive experience in selling into the renewable energy sector, specifically wind energy and wind turbine predictive maintenance • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • A Master's degree is a plus
