📋 Description
• Provide quality customer service as a phone operator. • Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls. • Listen attentively and collect customer data. • Help schedule appointments and process orders and payments.
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors • Ability to follow instructions • Must be able to multitask (talk, type, and follow scripting verbatim) • Strong customer service skills • Strong computer skills • Being bilingual is not required, but a plus • PC w/ Windows 11 • Memory (RAM): 8GB minimum • Hard Drive: 100 GB minimum available space • PC should be less than three years old • High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed, with low latency. No wireless, cellular, satellite, or Wi-Fi connections
