Description

• Provide quality customer service as an Answering Service Agent • Handle inbound and outbound calls • Collect customer data and provide service information • Schedule appointments and process orders, ensuring documentation

Requirements

• Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors • Ability to follow instructions • Ability to type and talk simultaneously • Strong customer service skills • Strong computer skills • Being bilingual is not required, but a plus • Landline phone or cellular phone with an excellent cellular connection • A wired headset is preferred • Processor: Pentium i5 Quad-core (Equivalent or better) • Memory (RAM): 8GB minimum • Hard Drive: 100 GB minimum • Has two video outputs for dual monitors • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 and above • Primary Monitor size: 15”+ minimum with a resolution of 1920×1080 at 100% scaling • Second Monitor with a resolution of 1920×1080 at 100% scaling • Anti-virus: Windows Defender only • Malwarebytes is the only permitted anti-malware software • Webcam • Plug and Play Mouse • Plug and Play Soft-Touch Keyboard • Approved USB Headset • Stable Cable or Fiber Ethernet internet connection with minimum speeds of 50MBps download and 10MBps upload • Must submit a copy of your current internet bill with your address
