•7+ years of experience in paid acquisition, with a proven track record of success in managing and scaling paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment. •Deep expertise in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), and other relevant paid channels. •Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies. •Experience managing significant paid media budgets and optimizing for ROI. •Proficiency in using paid media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and reporting dashboards. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. •Proven ability to lead and manage a team of paid media specialists.
