• As the Director of Sales, lead and empower the Account Executive team. • Play a dual role as a coach and an active contributor in deal details. • Mission to scale sales processes, improve win and close rates. • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for a world-class customer journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in leadership. • Proven track record of improving win rates and sales efficiency. • Hands-on experience with down-market, mid-market, enterprise sales. • Strong ability to coach and develop sales professionals. • Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on leadership with strategic coaching. • Assertive, motivational coaching style to challenge teams to exceed targets. • Data-driven and adaptable with a growth mindset. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach. • Familiarity with modern sales tools (CRM, forecasting, enablement solutions).
