📋 Description

• Drive customer advocacy and sales growth for Delta Faucet. • Implement strategic account management initiatives. • Ensure alignment across retail and eCommerce channels. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments. • Lead meetings, drive engagement, and build alignment between internal teams. • Optimize growth opportunities via operational execution. • Control forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain coordination. • Conduct root cause analysis and deploy necessary counter measures.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Business or Marketing related field. • 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Brick & Mortar & eCommerce Account Management experience. • Strong Financial Acumen. • Ability to analyze and interpret data quickly. • Capacity to form relationships and communicate complex topics effectively. • Highly motivated and resourceful in problem-solving. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Travel required ~20% of the time.
