Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or similar roles. • The flexibility to work weekends (we’re 24/7/365, including holidays). • A dedicated, quiet space for your remote home office setup. • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics (for internal applicants: at least 90 days).
