🎯 Requirements

•8+ years in revenue operations or revenue systems management roles within SaaS or high-growth technology environments. Experience in a leadership role preferred •Deep expertise in core revenue technologies including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), and sales engagement technologies (e.g., Gong, Calendly, Planhat, Mixmax) •Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, implementing, and managing revenue technology stacks at scale •Ability to develop and execute long-term system architectures and roadmaps •Strategic problem solver with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating business needs into scalable system solutions •Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives •A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing strategic vision with execution
