β€’ Since 2015, Apptegy has empowered thousands of schools and districts in the US. β€’ We build innovative products to simplify the roles of school leaders. β€’ As the Revenue Enablement Director, you will define and establish the revenue enablement function at Apptegy. β€’ Leverage your commercial acumen and collaboration skills to support growth goals. β€’ This is an individual-contributor position with the opportunity to build a team over time.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership roles in high growth SaaS businesses β€’ Proven experience in building and scaling enablement functions in a fast-paced environment β€’ Strong understanding of sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Winning By Design) and the ability to implement them effectively across large teams β€’ Data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate insights into actionable enablement strategies β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across diverse teams β€’ Familiarity with key enablement tools and technologies (e.g., Gong, Salesforce) to optimize training and insights β€’ Strong organizational skills, with experience in leading complex initiatives and balancing multiple priorities
