β’ Since 2015, Apptegy has empowered thousands of schools and districts in the US. β’ We build innovative products to simplify the roles of school leaders. β’ As the Revenue Enablement Director, you will define and establish the revenue enablement function at Apptegy. β’ Leverage your commercial acumen and collaboration skills to support growth goals. β’ This is an individual-contributor position with the opportunity to build a team over time.
β’ 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership roles in high growth SaaS businesses β’ Proven experience in building and scaling enablement functions in a fast-paced environment β’ Strong understanding of sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Winning By Design) and the ability to implement them effectively across large teams β’ Data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate insights into actionable enablement strategies β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across diverse teams β’ Familiarity with key enablement tools and technologies (e.g., Gong, Salesforce) to optimize training and insights β’ Strong organizational skills, with experience in leading complex initiatives and balancing multiple priorities
