β’ Provide support for our Freedom SIS product by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients. β’ Take incoming client support requests via phone and help desk application. β’ Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot errors via remote connection. β’ Train clients in operation of the Freedom SIS product. β’ Respond to all service requests in a timely manner and document cases. β’ Improve software functionality by escalating problems to Tier 3 support team. β’ Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving processes.
β’ Good organizational and time-management skills. β’ Strong Problem solving skills and independent decision making skills. β’ Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences. β’ Proficient in Windows 7 or above. β’ Network + and/or A+ Certification preferred.
