β€’ Provide support for our Freedom SIS product by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients. β€’ Take incoming client support requests via phone and help desk application. β€’ Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot errors via remote connection. β€’ Train clients in operation of the Freedom SIS product. β€’ Respond to all service requests in a timely manner and document cases. β€’ Improve software functionality by escalating problems to Tier 3 support team. β€’ Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving processes.

Requirements

β€’ Good organizational and time-management skills. β€’ Strong Problem solving skills and independent decision making skills. β€’ Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences. β€’ Proficient in Windows 7 or above. β€’ Network + and/or A+ Certification preferred.
