Hapi (Data Travel, LLC) specializes in data integration for hospitality companies and their technology partners. •At Hapi, we help hotels adopt tomorrow’s technologies - We do that by making hospitality data actionable with our products and solutions: •Hapi Integration Platform •Hapi Transactional API Platform •Hapi Data Platform •Hapi Guest for Salesforce, a suite of hospitality CRM solutions •Custom Solutions & Consulting •With highly skilled team members in 18 countries, Hapi is used today by over 7,500 hotels in over 100 countries. •Hapi is hiring a Director of Technical Account Management to work with our large accounts in all phases of a project, from ideation through activation. •The TAM will work closely with our clients, both current and prospects, to define their current state, their desired future state, and a phased approach to achieving their desired end state. •This may or may not include leveraging Hapi’s Platform, Products, and Services. •The objective will always be to create the most valuable outcomes for our clients. •This person will create detailed data flow diagrams, document use cases, and requirements, and work with the product management team to define epics and user stories. •This person will work very closely with clients to ensure solutions are created and implemented on time and on budget. •We are a global, remote organization, so the position may be located anywhere in the world but must have the ability to work on US time zones.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Proven experience in technical account management, customer success, or similar roles within the hospitality technology industry. •Strong understanding of hospitality technology solutions (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM, booking engines, etc). •Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. •Experience working with sales teams and developing commercial agreements. •Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. •Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. •Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, etc) is a plus. •Ability to travel to attend in-person client meetings as needed (typically 3-5 days per quarter)
