โ€ข Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with brands. โ€ข Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to generate new business opportunities. โ€ข Drive sales efforts by prospecting and targeting potential partners. โ€ข Negotiate, structure, and close partnership deals. โ€ข Collaborate with the marketing, content, and operations teams. โ€ข Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies.

โ€ข Video game industry experience required โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). โ€ข 8+ years of experience in partnership sales, business development, or account management, focusing on video game media, entertainment, or gaming industries. โ€ข Proficiency with Sales software is a plus (HubSpot, Sponsor United, Apollo.io) โ€ข Comprehensive Rolodex of brands engaged in the gaming industry โ€ข Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with a strong gaming network. โ€ข Deep understanding of the gaming industry, media landscape, and live event ecosystems. โ€ข Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers. โ€ข Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. โ€ข A passion for gaming and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the gaming space.
