📋 Description
• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with brands. • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to generate new business opportunities. • Drive sales efforts by prospecting and targeting potential partners. • Negotiate, structure, and close partnership deals. • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and operations teams. • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Video game industry experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years of experience in partnership sales, business development, or account management, focusing on video game media, entertainment, or gaming industries. • Proficiency with Sales software is a plus (HubSpot, Sponsor United, Apollo.io) • Comprehensive Rolodex of brands engaged in the gaming industry • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with a strong gaming network. • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, media landscape, and live event ecosystems. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A passion for gaming and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the gaming space.
