Description

• Reporting into one of our Digital Supply Chain Leads, you will join a team that has been executing major transformation initiatives and critical projects for our clients. • The Argano Digital Supply Chain practice helps organizations achieve best in class Source to Pay capability using the SAP Ariba solution suite. • We implement end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes that deliver improved spend management through the entire supply chain. • Work closely with the Engagement or Project Manager to review the high-level plans developed during the sales process to build the detailed workplans and the inventory of required deliverables needed to deliver the required outcomes for our clients. • Leverage the SAP Activate and our own LIFT delivery methodology and past project key learnings while building the required plan which uniquely fits the client situation. • Establish a strong working relationship with the client business leaders and project sponsors. • Work with Argano’s clients to lead the implementation of end-to-end Ariba solutions. • Manage and deliver client blueprint and design sessions to create seamless solutions within a client’s SAP Ariba environment. • Lead / Guide client in matching process requirements to specific functionality in SAP Ariba. • Utilize SAP Ariba capabilities & concepts to develop optimal solutions for clients. • Consult clients on their effective usage of ERP systems (particularly SAP) and adjacent systems where relevant to SAP Ariba implementations. • Be prepared to work across one or more projects (at one or more clients). • Actively participate in the development and refinement of our Digital Supply Chain methodologies, tools, and capabilities, especially in the SAP Ariba space. • Lead/champion a specific set of SAP Ariba leading practice capabilities, teaching & training the rest of our community of practice how to best deploy when needed. • Assist in proposal development and RFP responses where required. • Up to 50% travel required depending on the project.

Requirements

• Supply Chain Management or IT degree and/or 10+ years of experience in implementing and managing Source to Pay processes and solutions. • At least 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay and/or Supply Chain Collaboration solutions. • At least 5 years of experience SAP Ariba Networks • At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • Demonstrated abilities and a proven record of success as a team leader of digital transformation around source to pay using cloud technology • Demonstrated ability of configuring and implementing Ariba Cloud applications such as Buying and Invoicing, Strategic Sourcing, Commerce automation and supply chain collaboration • Solid understanding of procurement processes in SAP ECC/S4 • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated high proficiency in excel advanced functions • Demonstrated high proficiency in word and power point • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated mathematical skills and the ability to interpret/analyze complex data to develop recommendations and solutions • Self-starter, able to research a topic and offer a solution • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba processes and data • Affinity for automation and detailed process improvement
