Description

• Align client’s existing business processes with HCM Cloud methods • Apply functional knowledge in the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions • Lead clients in workshops for functional business requirements • Identify requirement design gaps and develop solutions • Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements • Advise clients on options, risks and impacts • Manage project scope and client expectations • Communicate project risks effectively • Manage project teams through project lifecycle • Lead clients in the execution of test scripts • Participate in internal forums for training and innovative design • Mentor Associate and Senior consultants

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology • Module specific experience in Talent Management or Learning • Minimum of four full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations • Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with clients • Oracle certified in your module of expertise • Proven ability to understand client’s data movement to external systems • Ability to effectively manage communication at senior client levels • Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities • Proven ability to manage and deliver large projects • Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment • Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning • Strong willingness to share skills and knowledge • Willing to travel as necessary
