Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in healthcare recruiting; behavioral health experience is strongly preferred. • Passion for working with patients with behavioral health conditions • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Comfortable with Google Suite, Slack and other technology • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and other recruiting tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. • Ability to travel 15%.
