β€’ Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve sales targets and foster professional development. β€’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of D365 consulting services, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. β€’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to understand their business needs and position D365 solutions effectively. β€’ Drive the consultative sales process from prospecting to closure, including lead generation, qualification, solution presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. β€’ Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery, providing input and insights to shape solution offerings and delivery approaches. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. β€’ Effectively utilize sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting mechanisms to track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology consulting or professional services industry. β€’ Proven track record of success in driving sales of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). β€’ Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including its capabilities, features, and value proposition for clients. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. β€’ Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. β€’ Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive performance excellence. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
