Description

• Argano’s Client Success Vice President is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategic clients. • This role acts as a trusted advisor, connecting key clients with Argano’s Salesforce Revenue Cloud products and solutions. • The Client Success VP is accountable for driving new business opportunities within existing and new accounts. • Key responsibilities include strategic client management, developing tailored initiatives and campaigns, and positioning Argano as a trusted partner. • Responsible for building a $10M book of business leveraging existing and new client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field • MBA, or relevant master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in client success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably with enterprise clients. • 7+ years selling Salesforces solutions across multiple industries. • A track record of driving client retention and revenue growth within a matrixed organization or consulting firm. • Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to achieve account expansion and revenue growth. • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts. • Prior experience managing complex client portfolios and aligning solutions across multiple business units. • Experience in sales and client success/account management roles. • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate across multiple business units. • Proficient in Salesforce Quote-to-Cash value chain • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level client stakeholders.
