• Come join the company reinventing data security • Play a key role in leading and empowering regional Customer Success teams • Lead, manage, and enable a regional team for customer success • Maintain ownership over key focus areas: customer enablement, pre-sales enablement, CSE technical enablement • Travel between 50-75% annually to engage with clients
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experience a plus • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing support teams • Proven track record of mentoring and coaching technical support staff • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams • Exceptional team-building and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills • A self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • A results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills • A clear and concise verbal and written communicator • Proficiency in leading both executive meetings and technical workshops • Ability to work autonomously and tackle challenges effectively
