Description

• The SVP, Learning and Customer Success at Anywhere Real Estate will transform and lead a high-impact learning and sales enablement function. • This SVP will lead a team of 90+ sales training Leaders and experts serving a diverse and distributed team of 300,000 real estate agents and brokers. • You will continuously optimize learning program outcomes leveraging data, proactively soliciting executive stakeholder feedback aligned with Anywhere’s business roadmap. • You will work closely with leaders across our brokerage and franchise businesses to seamlessly integrate learning delivery into the complete lifecycle of value. • In this high-impact global role you will drive learning and development strategy, establish internal and external learning advocacy benchmarks, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 12+ years leading a high-performing, data-driven sales training, sales enablement or Corporate Learning and Development function in a fast-paced, multi- stakeholder driven environment • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to anticipate, build incredibly strong client relationships and continually influence via quality delivery • Track record of leading VP+ level talent and building high performing teams • Proven success in delivering learning or learning program transformation; via developing high-quality curriculum, underpinned by data and market best practices • Strong people manager & record of accomplishment of leading globally distributed teams while creating a high engagement culture • Exceptional communicator and ability to synthesize complex information into concise narratives • Expertise leading complex company-wide projects & programs
