Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, focusing on non-technical roles within the Web3 industry. • Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Web3 space. • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and successfully hiring candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. • Demonstrated experience managing internal tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Notion). • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven insights and progress updates.
