Description

• Lead and execute strategies to drive patient growth across the ARC Health platform. • Develop and implement a comprehensive patient acquisition strategy. • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations. • Utilize data analytics to track effectiveness of patient acquisition efforts. • Build and manage a high-performing patient acquisition team. • Work closely with clinical and operational leadership. • Oversee the development of branding, messaging, and communication strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare, including growth, referral and strategic partnership development. • 3+ years of leadership experience developing and mentoring teams. • Bachelor's degree required; preference given to Marketing and Business. • Master's degree preferred. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry. • Experience utilizing CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
