• Manay CPA is hiring for Ambrosia Luxury Travel, a premier travel agency promoting Turkey. • Director of Business Development responsible for driving business growth in North America. • Requires experience in luxury travel and group/mass business segments, collaboration with teams in Turkey. • Position involves travel to attend tradeshows, events, and sales calls with key contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of actively working within group or leisure travel, coordinating with travel agencies and advisors in North America. • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the luxury travel and group/mass business segments. • Strong understanding of the United States travel market, with experience in promoting destination-based travel services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely while delivering against targets. • Willingness to travel for tradeshows, events, and client meetings as required. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus. • Candidates must sit in EST.
