• Manay CPA is hiring for one of our esteemed Partners, Ambrosia Luxury Travel, a premier travel agency based in Turkey, specializing in promoting Turkey, and its surrounding regions as a luxury travel destination. • Dorak USA, on the other hand, focus on group and mass business travel arrangements. • Both companies are dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences and promoting Turkey as a top-tier destination. • The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence in North America. • This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in both luxury travel and group/mass business segments. • As a remote position, you will collaborate closely with teams based in Turkey. • The position requires travel to attend tradeshows, events, and sales calls with key contacts and prospect accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred. • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the luxury travel and group/mass business segments. • Strong understanding of the United States travel market, with experience in promoting destination-based travel services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely while delivering against targets. • Willingness to travel for tradeshows, events, and client meetings as required. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus. • Candidates must sit in EST.
