Description

• Lead and expand funding efforts through strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies • Identify and cultivate key industry relationships, secure sponsorships, and obtain grant funding • Contribute to organization's annual and strategic plans • Provide strategic direction for ASPIRE Industry Collaborative program • Foster visibility of ASPIRE's plans and activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience in partnership management, strategic planning, and fundraising • Strong leadership abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape • Proven experience in managing and mentoring direct reports • Ability to represent the organization professionally • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment • Passion for non-profits, health equity, and patient engagement • Experience utilizing MS Office, Salesforce, project management tools, and document management systems
