Description

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to licensed customers. • Enhance adoption of tools and maximize value for driving renewals. • Own accounts, build relationships with senior management. • Collaborate with teams to provide insights on solution utilization. • Develop strategic plans for effective roll-outs and user onboarding. • Provide support for live tenders in various procurement categories. • Relay customer feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. • At least two years as a procurement consultant or as a Customer Success Manager. • Experience with software roll-outs, particularly in procurement. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel. • Fluent and idiomatic proficiency in English. • Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
