Description

• Develop and execute a business strategy plan to grow the assigned market • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and networking • Collect input from the market to establish business strategy • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels of the value chain

Requirements

• Technical degree or BS/BA in relevant field, engineering degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in Technical, Market Segment, Business Development, or other customer-facing roles • Prior experience with industrial equipment, preferred knowledge in acoustical applications • Capacity to influence others’ behavior through persuasive presentations and effective relationship development • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Salesforce
