Description
• Drafting agreements and managing legal support for transactions • Participating in complex technology transactions • Partnering with revenue, sales, technology, and compliance teams • Supporting business teams in identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks • Assisting in the design and implementation of public sector compliance programs
Requirements
• 8+ years of total experience supporting commercial transactions • 3+ years of in-house experience in B2B Software or Systems companies • Pragmatic, business mindset • Demonstrated exceptional bedside manner in supporting internal clients • Track record of effectively navigating opportunities and strategic shifts in early-stage business • Public sector legal experience strongly preferred
