Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, fostering trust and loyalty. • Communicate fund performance, investment strategies, and market insights effectively to investors. • Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up. • Gather feedback from investors to inform fund strategies and improve investor relations processes. • Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations with other financial institutions, hedge funds, and industry stakeholders. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential investment opportunities. • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and other relevant forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral to support business development efforts. • Lead fundraising efforts by developing and executing comprehensive capital raising strategies. • Identify and target prospective investors, including institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and other qualified investors. • Prepare pitch decks, offering memorandums, and other materials to effectively communicate investment opportunities to potential investors. • Coordinate due diligence processes, investor meetings, and negotiations to facilitate successful capital raises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred. • Proven experience in investor relations, business development, and capital raising within the financial services industry, preferably in hedge funds, private equity, or asset management. • Expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and fund structures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving successful outcomes.
