📋 Description

• Arootah is an early-stage Hedge Fund and Family Office Advisory and Executive/Leadership Coaching firm focused on driving peak performance for teams and individuals. • Services include providing expert advisors to investment firms, coaching, capital introduction, and developing SaaS applications. • Searching for an ICF accredited Executive and Leadership Coach to join our Coaching Department. • Will be involved in hiring, training, managing contract Executive Coaches and developing coaching programs. • Ideal candidate is high-energy, entrepreneurial minded, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, able to pivot and problem solve.

🎯 Requirements

• An experienced Executive Coach who’s worked with C-Suite level Executives in the finance industry. • A life-learner who’s passionate about personal development and actively committed to their own personal growth. • Enthusiastic about technology and eager to harness the power apps and software to enhance coaching partnerships. • A skilled active listener who asks powerful thought-provoking questions. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Results-driven and able to proactively anticipate the needs of others. • Dependable – exhibiting a high “say-to-do" ratio and getting things done on time. • Prepared to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing start-up environment. • A quick learner with the ability to pivot plans and problem solve. • An excellent communicator with top notch “people skills”. • A team-player who’s able to effectively collaborate on projects, while also self-managing and staying motivated independently.
