• Array is a financial innovation platform that helps digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs get compelling consumer products to market faster. • As part of Array’s continued growth, we’re creating a new role within the organization - Account Manager (AM). • AMs at Array will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. • Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation by successfully balancing the needs of both the client and Array.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Account Management • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/growth targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles • Strong negotiation skills • Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations • Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client data and track sales activity • Knowledge of the financial industry and a passion for understanding the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!
