Description

• Establish and maintain strong Client relationships • Partner with Clients and other Artisight teams to increase product adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, and increase Client loyalty and retention • Partner with Clients and other Artisight teams to track and deliver on Clients’ business outcomes and promote the value of Artisight’s products and services • Drive new business growth within existing Client accounts through advocacy and referenceability • Manage processes involving both internal and external key stakeholders, such as software deployment/implementation processes, clinical consultation processes, technical issue resolution processes, etc. • Manage Client escalations and help bring them to a successful resolution • Assist Artisight leadership team in scaling Artisight Client Experience processes and policies • Act as a leader by enforcing aforementioned processes as Artisight works to create a scalable infrastructure and more seamless overall Client experience • Adhere to Key Performance Metrics as determined by Client Success Leadership team

Requirements

• Knowledge of Hospital Operations and Nursing Workflows • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong aptitude for technical software products • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications • Experience in healthcare, specifically with patient care delivery systems • Experience in sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value • Experience in analyzing data to improve customer outcomes and experience • Experience in establishing and tracking clear client retention goals • Experience in compiling and presenting information to Executive Leadership teams • Experience assisting customers with setting up and navigating programs or software • 5+ years of Client Success or Account Management with a technical (SaaS) product within Healthcare, or, Background in consulting or as a program delivery owner for a large enterprise within Healthcare
