β’ Verity is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to join our software team. β’ Responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our investment management clients. β’ Ensure clients realize maximum value from our RMS and ESG software solutions. β’ Act as the primary contact for important clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. β’ Work closely with CS leadership and other stakeholders. β’ Highly communicative, team oriented, sales minded, and customer obsessed.
β’ Minimum of 5-8 years of experience of customer success and/or account management, or a similar role in the financial services industry, preferably working with investment management clients. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships β including with client stakeholders. β’ Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Bachelorβs degree or relevant work experience.
