β€’ Verity is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to join our software team. β€’ Responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our investment management clients. β€’ Ensure clients realize maximum value from our RMS and ESG software solutions. β€’ Act as the primary contact for important clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. β€’ Work closely with CS leadership and other stakeholders. β€’ Highly communicative, team oriented, sales minded, and customer obsessed.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5-8 years of experience of customer success and/or account management, or a similar role in the financial services industry, preferably working with investment management clients. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships – including with client stakeholders. β€’ Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
