β€’ Manage and nurture relationships with Aryza clients utilizing our Insolvency Software Solutions β€’ Focus on customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction β€’ Drive long-term business growth and client success β€’ Identify & lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities β€’ Conduct regular customer check-ins & account reviews β€’ Monitor client health & reduce churn β€’ Address client concerns & issues β€’ Promote Aryza product adoption & usage β€’ Gather feedback for product improvements β€’ Collaborate with internal teams and assist with client onboarding & implementation

Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of leading upsell & cross-sell opportunities across a clearly defined universe of coverage names β€’ Proven track record & experience of working with Australian Insolvency customers & relevant SME industry tenure/experience β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Problem-solving abilities β€’ Technical aptitude to understand our industry verticals & SaaS products β€’ Data analysis for tracking client metrics β€’ Project management β€’ Customer service orientation β€’ Strategic thinking for long-term client growth
