• About Verified: Verified is like Stripe for signup: the fastest way to sign up real people online. • Our flagship product, 1-Click Signup, allows users to create accounts in under 10 seconds with just a phone number. • We're seeking a dynamic, strategic Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for our founders. • Collaborate with founders to execute key initiatives and optimize operations. • Specialize in leading high-leverage projects, improving workflows, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth startups or similar environments. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing operational improvements. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with modern business tools (e.g., Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, GSuite) and a knack for automation. • Familiarity with the fintech, regtech, or identity industries in the United States. • Previous experience working directly with founders or executive leadership. • Experience with sales and marketing operations and tooling – especially Hubspot. • Knowledge of basic financial modeling or reporting. • Data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar). • Knowledge of automation tools, especially new AI tooling.
