📋 Description

• The Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a high-impact leadership role designed to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across the Revenue organization. • Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CRO, you will tackle critical initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless execution of Iterable’s revenue and organizational goals. • Strategic thinker, operational leader, and exceptional communicator with a proven ability to manage complexity and drive results in high-growth environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, revenue operations, or a similar leadership role. • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments is preferred. • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus but not required.
