Description

• Development, design, implementation, and compliance for employee benefit plans and programs • Administer employee requests for leaves of absence and workplace accommodations • Collaborate with advisers to maximize the impact of benefits offerings • Manage continuous and intermittent leaves and related wage functions

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent professional experience required • At least 6 years of employee benefits and/or disability and absence management experience required • Strong understanding of legal requirements for leaves of absence and workplace accommodations required • Advanced knowledge of benefits administration best practices and federal, state, and local benefit law requirements
