Description

• Travel to client in IL required. • Spearhead the development and refinement of strategic approach to coding operations. • Oversee client coding service processes, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing workflows. • Onboard new clients, enhance provider clinical documentation practices, and nurture client relationships. • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, contribute to operational planning, uphold service commitments, and implement internal controls. • Champion Ensemble's reputation as a top-tier service provider, consistently surpassing expectations. • Set overall coding direction and strategic guidance for client leadership teams; ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Drive a culture of accountability and transparency by ensuring active engagement of client leadership in coding reporting with physicians and leads high-level discussions to enhance customer satisfaction. • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with client leadership and providers.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in areas of process reengineering and project management strongly preferred. • PC skills ‐ demonstrates proficiency in Excel, Power Point, etc. • Ability to work in multiple EMR systems ( EX:Meditech, AllScripts, Cerner, Power Chart, Epic)
