Description

• Responsible for overseeing medical aspects of behavioral health services • Provide leadership and management to psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and medical professionals • Manage medical services team administratively and clinically • Oversee development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards • Collaborate with health care professionals for integrated care • Develop relationships with outside medical providers for coordinated care • Participate in quality improvement initiatives • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new medical staff

Requirements

• Psychiatric Mental Health NP with an active license in Virginia or Pennsylvania • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or leadership role in behavioral health • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of medical professionals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytic, problem solving, and decision making skills • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to behavioral health services
