β€’ Lead and refine all facets of Sales and Revenue Operations processes. β€’ Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Finance teams. β€’ Focus on optimizing systems and processes to support revenue goals. β€’ Create and execute a roadmap for system enhancements. β€’ Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations in SaaS, software, or technology environments. β€’ Expertise in Salesforce and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise sales and marketing tools. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. β€’ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster collaboration. β€’ An ownership mindset with adaptability to work hands-on in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind initiatives.
