📋 Description

• As a Business Analyst (BA) within Technology & Data Solutions, forge robust, trusted partnerships with business leaders. • Transform complex puzzles into clear technology-driven opportunities. • Champion the translation of business puzzles into strategic technology solutions. • Dive deep into business processes, pinpoint opportunities for innovation, and align technological outcomes with broader business objectives. • Analyze and refine processes to propel the organization forward. • Build strong relationships with business leaders to effectively translate complex business needs into concise requirements. • Act as a liaison between business units and technology, ensuring clear communication. • Lead engaging meetings and workshops with key stakeholders. • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams for performance measurement insights. • Continuously identify and address inefficiencies in processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role within an IT or business data environment • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, project management, and/or business process management systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to map and document processes • Strong capability in understanding complex systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong team player and capable of working in cross-functional teams • Experience with key business domains such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance or HR considered a strong asset. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience and certifications.
