📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both India-based and international roles. • Source candidates using job boards, ATS, and other recruitment tools. • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles. • Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Build a strong network of potential candidates for future roles. • Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor while interacting with candidates. • Support onboarding and collaborate with the HR team on various tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in both India and international recruitment. • Proficient with recruitment tools such as job boards, ATSs, and sourcing platforms. • Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills. • Proficiency in Slack and MS Office Suite (Word and Excel). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High professionalism with strong work ethics and a collaborative demeanor. • Ability to be flexible with work timings as required, given the global nature of the role. • Ability to join quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
