Description
• This job is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and validating standards, disciplines, strategies, and tactics to achieve the overall objectives of the business process controls. • The Operational Process Delivery Director will define, develop, and oversee the implementation of business process control initiatives for the benefit of the business unit and their customers. • Identify and define new opportunities for operational efficiency and effectiveness through enhanced process controls. • Develop techniques to ensure the processes and procedures are compliant with all business process standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting AND insurance related experience in Mortgage Servicing/Insurance Tracking and 4 years of process control work. • Minimum of 5 years of cross-functional experience in risk management, data management or process management.
