β€’ The Strategic Sales Executive – Government Benefits is responsible for all aspects of revenue generation and new client acquisition. β€’ Responsible for selling compliance, security, or healthcare-related solutions within the federal or state government market. β€’ Identifies, develops, manages and grows opportunities by connecting with new, large employer prospects. β€’ Develops and executes a consultative sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets. β€’ Establishes long-term relationships with key decision makers of customers. β€’ Partners with technology and customer service teams to educate on industry. β€’ Assists with coordinating implementation, onboarding, and training processes.

Requirements

β€’ Experience selling compliance, security, or healthcare-related solutions is preferred. β€’ Experience with government accounts or healthcare organizations is preferred. β€’ Understanding of criminal background checks, license monitoring, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector is required. β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders is required. β€’ Proven results meeting or exceeding sales targets is required. β€’ Experience with the legal/court system is preferred. β€’ Experience with background screening is required. β€’ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. β€’ Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred. β€’ Salesforce is required.
