Description

• Providing technical assistance for external physicians and clinical personnel • Familiar with the web portal and provides assistance and training • Responds efficiently to queries from external entities • Serves as web portal system administrator • Monitors web portal system and enhancement requests • Handles testing of portal updates and modifications • Performs other Application Support duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience • Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry • Technical support experience with web-based portal systems preferable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented and strong organization skills • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently • Willingness to learn and provide assistance to others • Associate degree or higher preferred; Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university a plus; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
