Description

• Act as a liaison between Asurion and Client Partner’s sales organizations. • Develop strong client relationships to gain support and drive growth. • Responsible for meeting or exceeding established financial and growth targets. • Assess and respond to gaps between products, client needs, and competitive offerings. • Work with internal client services team members to identify growth opportunities. • Establish channel growth strategy and key initiatives to maximize subscriber growth. • Influence clients to develop key strategies for Asurion’s products. • Determine a sales strategy for each channel to realize growth strategy. • Cultivate senior client relationships within channel organizations. • Collaborate with peers across client teams to drive best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/Client Management related role. • Field experience strongly preferred. • Cable, Satellite, Saas, and/or Telecommunications experience strongly preferred. • Related areas such as experience with in-home technicians, premium technical support, customer success, smart devices / consumer electronics also relevant. • Demonstrated success in supporting sales through sales channels, including: Field Techs (installation and service), Call Centers (inbound, outbound, care), and Direct Sales. • Demonstrates executive presence and comfortable engaging at a VP level. • Must be comfortable presenting to & training groups of various sizes and educational levels. • Ability to influence and gain buy in. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Intermediate level abilities in Microsoft Office Suite and other client related applications. • Contact management, time management, and strong organizational skills. • Availability and flexibility to travel nationwide up to 75% of the time. • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. • A growth mindset and strong emotional intelligence. • Customer collaboration and consensus building skills. • Problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Communication and interpersonal skills.
