Description

• Sell the complete Red Hat’s solutions portfolio within assigned enterprise accounts • Create and implement account plans to meet revenue goals • Develop and close sustainable bookings across technologies • Understand customer business issues and present Red Hat’s offerings as the best option to solve them • Manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting, conducting discovery calls, negotiating, and closing • Work closely with your extended Red Hat team and external partners to identify key projects, programs, and offices through which to sell Red Hat’s solutions • Maintain and develop new relationships within your assigned accounts

Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales experience in Federal sales with a record of success • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software and solutions • Experience working with customers to find suitable solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain • Ability to maintain a focus on solutions selling in an environment with multiple offerings and solutions • Experience in consultative customer engagement with a major enterprise software company, or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller • Experience selling to DHA with established relationships strongly preferred
