Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 5 – 8 years of professional experience in healthcare IT • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven success in customer-facing technical roles • Understanding of web application architecture, cloud computing, and database systems • Experience with athenahealth services preferred • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles preferred • Experience with data analysis tools like ELK Stack or Snowflake preferred • Strong technical documentation skills preferred • Relevant certifications like CCNA or AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred
