• The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a critical part of the overall customer success team. • TAMs work with Customer Success Managers (CSM) focusing on technical advocacy while the CSM focuses on overall business relationships. • Technical Account Managers (TAMs) deploy our solutions in our top end customer’s environments to drive greater security and safety outcomes. • The TAM provides advice on deployment architectures, works with vendors to manage the support strategy, oversees the project, and assists in launch planning as well as any ongoing operational issues.

Requirements

• Technical degree or professional experience equivalent, required. • Computer Science or Networking degrees are ideal. • Experience deploying solutions on a distributed architecture. • Understanding of and ability to use APIs. • Ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex networking requirements and software applications. • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Comfortable presenting from the technician level to the program management level while managing and addressing their differing concerns. • Comfortable with travel up to 50% within the US to visit the 22 sites or NW only. • US Citizenship required due to contract requirements. • Preferred Skills Include: CCIE, CCNP or equivalent certifications • LPIC-3, LFCE, RHCE or equivalent certifications • Experience deploying and managing cloud applications • Prior background in computer engineering for AI / ML computer vision products • Experience in the security industry • Prior work with Government Agencies
