• ATI Advisory is a healthcare research and advisory services firm dedicated to system reform that improves health outcomes and makes care better for everyone. • The ideal candidate is a policy expert eager to deliver meaningful solutions to clients related to Medicare Advantage, Special Needs Plans, and Medicaid managed care. • Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading policy analysis, and mentoring junior team members.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience, with preference for experience working in a federal agency, state agency, or managed care organization. • Strong subject matter expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and/or programs serving dual eligible individuals including experience with and an appreciation for the role of federal, state, and local policy, as well as an understanding of how policy interacts with product strategies and managed care functional areas. • Solid experience leading complex projects, engaging with (internal or external) clients, delivering high quality policy analysis and recommendations. • Ability to apply critical thinking and knowledge across a broad range of projects and sectors. • Skilled at navigating and adapting recommendations based on external and internal political sensitivities impacting clients. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate to different audiences and stakeholders, including strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive level clients. • Strong consulting aptitude, including the ability to lead a dynamic portfolio of projects and clients, apply critical, strategic thinking and knowledge across broad range of Medicare and Medicaid topics, and ensure client services excellence.
